  The employees at check-are far too programmed. I showed the check-in person my renewal letter and a copy of my appointment conformation EM. She gave me a check-in # . I followed directions to a second check-in point. Again, my appointment letter was overlooked and ,by my check-in #, I was mis- directed to the non-appointment waiting area.
  
  I had no idea there was an issue until I realized that , with 50 #s ahead of me ,I’d not be called until after tests would not be given due to closing time.
  
  I got the misdirection corrected and , with-in 10min, began the DL processing by far more proficient and friendly employees - hence the 2stars and not one.
  
  Total time was 2hours because of the 2 irresponsible employees at check-in . I arrived 50minutes before my appointment time.
